With the "one-off" location, behind the front facing units, you and your guests can hear the waves, the birds, the breeze, sounds of the beach and of summer rather than street traffic and noise of 61st and Seawall. There is a queen sized bed and built in wardrobe in the bedroom with doors to the bathroom and hallway. The entry has a nook for coats or towels just inside and has bunks built in followed by a storage closet and utility closet with the 2025 water heater in it.
